About Us
IPPSTAR is a new organisation based in Noida across the river from New Delhi in North India. Its full name is IPP Services, Training and Research Private Limited and it has been initiated by the trade magazine Indian Printer and Publisher and its associate company IPP Catalog Publications Private Limited. Our aim is to create a new institution for the graphic arts industries, particularly the printing, publishing, and packaging segments for their information, research, technology upgradation and training needs. It has begun the task of creating a professional staff including, engineers, technologists, librarians, researchers, technical writers, technical consultants and trainers.

IPPSTAR provides a range of library, consultancy and testing services to the printing community. Right now we have three young printing engineers and two technicians on the staff, who will form the backbone of the research, training, and consultancy services that include benchmarking, assistance with ISO certifications, quality control and enhancement, and project consultancy.
