IppStar offers training programs in the areas of Packaging, Printing and Business Management relating to these areas. The courses are tailored for both technical and non-technical personnel and each individual program is structured to impart the depth of knowledge required for the specific participant group. Programs are available for all levels of employees from supervisory cadres to top management.

Application software courses and technical training in packaging are also available. Workshops and training programs on print sales, equipment sales, consumable sales, marketing, business restructuring, ISO certification and cashflow management are planned.

IppStar training programs are worked out using two alternative approaches:

· Customised programs which are worked out for individual organizations and designed for specific needs or groups of participants.

· Standard programs which are designed for groups comprising participants from different organisations.

All major courses are made up discrete modules, any of which can be made available as per requirements. All course content is in audio-visual format to facilitate assimilation and effectiveness.

Courses may be run on either a full-time or part-time basis to suit the requirements of working people.

Customised courses can be run at customer-designated premises or at our training centre at Noida. This centre is well-equipped and is just 15 to 20 minutes' drive from the major business districts of New Delhi. Good public transport facilities are also available.
