IppStar is actively involved in providing human resource services to the printing, publishing and packaging community. It organises various programmes to spread awareness about the career opportunities in the printing, publishing and packaging industries. The company initiates discussions with the industry’s human resource managers, educational and training institutions in order to provide guidance to the people aspiring to make career in the printing, publishing and packaging industries. IppStar acts as a facilitator for both the companies and the students of graphic arts to have an opportunity to interact and understand each other. The company specializes in creating a platform for the employees and employers to bridge their gap. IppStar pioneered in opening up a new line of thought by convincing the north Indian printers, publishers and packaging professionals to participate in common work-related discussions.

Success Stories

  • IppStar organized the careers 4u program at the 2009 PackPlus exhibition in Delhi. A large number of human resource managers, professionals, educational and training institutions and aspirants participated and benefitted from the event.

  • IppStar hosted an interaction led by Dr. Lalitha Jayaraman of Anna University, Printing and Engineering department in 2003. Dr. Jayaraman led the lively (3i) interactions between individuals, students, and faculty of leading printing engineering schools, industry and institutions (print engineering school).

  • IppStar organized first-ever countrywide recruitment event in the Graphic Arts on June 3 and 4, 2002 at IppStar, Noida. In this event, 68 candidates were shortlisted by 11 companies. Various aspirants from diverse institutions, such as NRIPT, Don Bosco Technical Institute, Pusa Polytechnic, RIPT, Manipal Institute of Technology, Guru Jambheshwar University, Salesian Institute of Graphic Arts, Indian Institute of Packaging, Government Schools of Printing in Kerala and Mumbai, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and Indira Gandhi National Open University participated in the event.

  • IppStar has encouraged the donations from the industry for uplifting the level of education in the printing, publishing and packaging industries.
