Current status The
company is privately held and has been incorporated in New Delhi in October
2001. At the present moment because it is a private limited company it can
only accept investment by way of private arrangements. Nonetheless, ippStar
aims to attract investment and deposits from its user community. Some printers
have come forward with a view to buying a small share in the company in
order to capitalise what they see as a worthwhile and necessary activity.
At some time it may be necessary to convert the company into a public limited
